The series »Reformed Historical Theology/Reformierte Historische Theologie« is edited by Herman J. Selderhuis in cooperation with Emidio Campi, Irene Dingel, Benyamin Intan, Elsie McKee, Richard Muller, and Risto Saarinen, and publishes substantial texts in the historical theology of Calvinism and Reformed Protestantism. It offers scholars the possibility of presenting the results of their research to the international academic world and seeks to stimulate research in this field. The series accepts texts both in German and English which deal with the wide spectrum of Reformed traditions of the Early Modern Era, i.e., from the 16th century to the beginning of the 19th century. The “Reformed tradition” is understood here in its broadest sense, that is, it is not limited in a confessional meaning and includes persons and movements that saw themselves as being Reformed.
